Solid choice in a great spot
excellent locationquick elevatorsrainfall showercomfortable bed
the location is excellent and check-in was straightforward. elevators arrived quickly and i found my room to be quiet. the bathroom included a spacious layout and a nice rainfall shower head that delivered good water pressure. i slept well on the comfortable bed and pillows (i think it was very important for me).
i noticed the breakfast bag they left at the door had limited options.

i stayed in a king room, and it was quite clean with thoughtful decor and nice attention to detail. the bed was very comfortable, ensuring a restful sleep after a long day. the room had good lighting fixtures , made the space more inviting.

staff interactions were consistently pleasant and the valet service was quick and easy. when i requested an upgrade, they accommodated me with great service. the check-in and check-out processes were efficient.

the staff was friendly i appreciated that the room was clean and bright. i booked a king room balcony i enjoyed having a space to step outside.
the rooms are a bit tired with visible damages this impacted my overall experience. the breakfast selection did not cater to gluten and lactose-free diets i found this limiting.

the location was very convenient , with easy access to transportation. the staff was helpful , and quick in their responses. my room included beverages at no extra cost , and i could ask for more whenever needed.
the tv never worked properly , i gave up trying to use it. the shower water never got hot , it was just tepid. the ac unit was very noisy , it woke me up all night when it turned on.

The room was a Premier King Room and it featured ample space. The bathroom included two separate sinks plus a rainfall shower. Breakfast offered multiple options and high-quality food. I also appreciated the outdoor seating area available there.
The front desk had only one person working at times. This slowed down service a little bit.
